After a successful payment, normally you will receive an email from us for confirmation about your payment (or invoice), and another email from our vendor with a license code.
If you do not see the email notifications, please wait for some minutes. Maybe it takes time to confirm your payment. Once the status of payment changes to 'completed' it will send you that email.
If after 15 minutes, you still do not receive what you are waiting for, please post a ticket directly to our vendor, or let a message/send an email to our support team at email@example.com, we will open an investigation for your case.
