13 - The button 'Place Order' is hang

I tried to place an order with my smartphone, and also I tried to IE browser to place an order but it seems does not work.

Answer:
Please use Chrome or other browsers to place the order.  Sometimes it does not work on a smartphone so you should use a laptop or computer to do.  We will fix this issue in the future.
